Build from who you actually are.

Creative Coaching • Strategy • Event Creation

There is no shortage of people telling you how to build a business, grow an audience, organize your life, or turn an idea into something real. There are templates, formulas, productivity systems, courses, AI tools, and approximately a million people on the internet who have figured out the right way to do things.

And honestly, some of that advice is genuinely useful.

But you can follow all the right steps and still end up building something that doesn't quite feel like yours.

I know because I've done it. I've spent plenty of time trying to become the more organized, disciplined, consistent, put-together version of myself I thought my ideas required. Eventually, I started asking a different question.

What if I stopped trying to change myself to fit the way I was working and started building a way of working that actually supported me?

And the more I sat with that question, the more I realized it wasn't just about how I worked.

It was about how I lived.

How much of myself had I been trying to change to make things work? And what might happen if I started building a life that actually made room for me instead?

That's where my work with others begins, too.

Maybe you have a business, a creative project, or an idea you're ready to bring into the world. Or maybe you're in a season of life where you're trying to figure out what you want for yourself in the first place.

We can start with either.

Because the goal isn't just to build something that works.

It's to build something that feels like yours.

Why I work this way

Over the years, I've built businesses, creative projects, markets, workshops, community dinners, art events, programs, and spaces where people come together. I've also coached people through the less visible work underneath it all: figuring out what they want, what matters, what no longer fits, and what they actually want to move toward.

And somewhere along the way, I realized I was approaching all of it in much the same way.

When I'm building an event, I'm not just thinking about the budget, registration, vendors, details, and timelines. I'm also thinking about the person who walks through the door alone. Whether they feel welcome. Whether we've created an environment where people can show up as themselves and actually connect.

When I'm working with someone, I'm not just looking at the thing they're trying to build or the problem they're trying to solve. I want to understand the person in front of me. How they think, what they've been carrying, what they want for themselves, and what kind of support will help them move toward it.

Because the practical pieces matter. A good idea still needs a plan. A community event still needs a budget. A business still needs systems that function.

But those things should support what we're trying to create, not swallow the reason we wanted to create it in the first place.

That's the balance I help people find.

Making room for the person, giving their dreams and ideas the structure they need, and creating experiences where other people have room to show up as themselves, too.

Whether we're exploring what you want for your life, shaping a business or creative idea, or bringing an entire event to life, we start by understanding what actually matters and build from there.

You don't need to bring me the polished version.

The real one is a much better place to start.

Ways We Can Work Together

Creative Coaching

This is about you. Not just what you do.

Have you ever looked at your life and wondered how you got so far away from the one you wanted to create?

It doesn't usually happen all at once.

Little by little, expectations creep in. Life gets busy. You get good at carrying things that were never meant to be carried forever. Before long, the life you're living might look fine from the outside, but it doesn't quite feel like yours anymore.

Or maybe you're simply changing. What used to matter doesn't hold the same meaning. You have new ideas, different desires, and a version of success that no longer fits the one you've been working toward.

This is where we come back to you.

Our conversations don't begin with advice. They begin with curiosity.

We look at what keeps pulling at you, what feels honest, what no longer fits, and what you actually want to move toward. We take the time to notice what you've been too close to see instead of immediately trying to fix the first problem that shows up.

Maybe that means reconnecting with parts of yourself you've lost touch with. Finding your way through a life transition. Making room for a dream you've kept putting aside. Or figuring out what you actually want before deciding what to do next.

I'm not here to hand you a formula for your life or tell you who to become.

I'm here to stay in your corner long enough for you to hear yourself more clearly, reconnect with what matters, and begin trusting yourself again.

“When I look back on my sessions together with Audrey, what shifted was my ability to be held, creatively and emotionally. I was facing a lot of uncertainty, and our sessions reminded me that uncertainty could be okay and safe, even when it was uncomfortable. I felt like I could share my art with the world more, let more people in, and be really, truly held in my life.”

Creative Strategy

This is about the idea and the structure around it.

You know there's something here.

Maybe it's an offer you can't quite explain, a workshop you want to create, a business idea that keeps expanding every time you touch it, or a project you've been thinking about for so long that you aren't even sure where to begin anymore.

Maybe the idea itself is solid, but the way you're communicating it isn't landing. Or your business has grown, and the way you've been managing everything hasn't grown with it.

Bring me the messy version.

Over 90 minutes, we put the thing on the table and figure out what it actually needs.

That might mean shaping an offer, clarifying your messaging, looking at pricing, planning a launch, creating a workflow, organizing the customer experience, writing or refining copy, or figuring out what deserves your attention first.

And yes, we can talk about how to show up on social media, too.

If you've been staring at your accounts wondering what the hell you're supposed to post, we can work through that. We can find language that sounds like you, develop content themes, work on captions or emails, and create a realistic plan for posting, batching, and scheduling without turning it into another full-time job.

The work is shaped around what you actually need, not a predetermined list of things we have to cram into one session.

I don't want to hand you a 42-page strategy document that looks impressive and lives unopened in Google Drive.

I want us to do the work together, make some decisions, and give your idea a little more shape.

So you leave understanding what you're building, why it matters, and what your next move actually is.

"Audrey has this talent for alchemizing fear into clear action plans. I regularly came into our coaching sessions with a million ideas, questions, and hesitations, and she was always able to help me untangle it all, identify my goals, and find an achievable path forward. Audrey helped me build a loyal following and a sustainable business model that is still uniquely mine."

You have an idea.

Maybe it's a workshop, dinner, art experience, pop-up, market, class, launch, community gathering, or something wonderfully specific that doesn't fit neatly into any of those categories.

You know you want to do it.

Now we need to figure out how the hell you're going to pull it off.

Because what started as a fun idea suddenly has approximately 47 trillion decisions you didn't know you were signing up for.

Event Strategy is a focused one-week planning intensive where we take the idea out of your head and build the structure it needs to become real.

We start with the heart of it. Why are you creating this? Who is it for? What do you want people to experience? And what does it need to accomplish for you, your business, or your community?

Then we get into the practical pieces.

Depending on your event and what we agree to focus on, that might include the budget framework, timeline, task breakdown, venue needs, vendor or collaborator plan, registration and ticketing, marketing, run of show, and overall participant experience.

And yes, we're thinking about the person who walks through the door alone, too.

Do they know where to go? How to participate? Where are the opportunities for connection? What would make the experience feel thoughtful instead of transactional?

Because putting people in the same room doesn't automatically create community.

Here's how the week works.

We begin by working through your idea, goals, and event needs together. I then build the agreed-upon planning pieces, and we finish with a handoff so you understand what we've created and how to use it.

You'll leave with a workable event plan, a clearer path forward, and a clear sense of what needs to happen next.

Then I hand it back to you to execute.

If you only need one conversation to work through an event idea, Creative Strategy may be enough.

Event Strategy is for when you've decided we are doing this and need help building the plan around it.

For the idea you're ready to bring people together around.

“Working with Audrey helped me believe in myself and what I bring to the table. Having someone in my corner who genuinely believed in me and cheered me on made a huge difference, especially when imposter syndrome was loud and I was questioning myself. More than anything, working with Audrey helped me trust myself. The confidence, clarity, and willingness to take up space I gained during that time continue to influence how I approach my business and my life today.”

This is about making the whole damn thing happen.

For the vision you want someone to help bring to life.

You have the vision.

You may even know exactly how you want people to feel when they walk through the door.

What you don't want is to personally become the event coordinator, vendor contact, registration department, marketing team, problem solver, production manager, and person answering “Where do I park?” at 11:37 the night before the event.

This is where I stay in the work with you.

We start with your idea, what you want the event to accomplish, and the experience you're hoping to create. Then we build the event around that.

Depending on the project, that might include concept development, budgeting, venue planning, artist or vendor coordination, ticketing, registration, communication, marketing, participant experience, production timelines, run of show, and day-of logistics.

Instead of building the plan and handing it back to you, I take responsibility for the pieces we agree are mine and stay involved through execution.

And throughout the process, I'm paying attention to two things:

Does it work?

And:

How does it feel?

Because a beautiful event that's chaos behind the scenes is exhausting. A perfectly organized event that feels cold isn't much better.

The logistics create the container. What happens between the people inside that container is what makes it matter.

I've spent years creating spaces where people are invited to show up as actual humans. Not networking versions of themselves. Not polished versions of themselves.

Just themselves.

And I've learned that thoughtful experiences come from the little choices. The invitation. The way people are welcomed. The opportunities to participate, connect, and feel like they're part of something.

Whether we're creating an art experience for a local business, a community celebration, a workshop, or something we haven't quite figured out how to describe yet, I want the event to serve its purpose while giving people something genuinely worth showing up for.

Every event is different, so we'll determine the scope, timeline, responsibilities, and level of support before we begin.

Event expenses such as venue fees, rentals, artist or vendor payments, materials, and advertising are budgeted separately from my production fee.

“Audrey was one of the first people to describe business in a way that didn't feel icky. She broke it down to a point where I felt like I could actually apply it to myself, instead of it being this confusing mess of information only people who already had businesses could understand. Audrey makes people feel seen and heard, and the way she genuinely cares about each person who comes to her for help shows that her heart and knowledge come from a place of authenticity. She's taught me to be courageous. Just do the damn thing. Fuck the rest.”

Not sure which one fits?

That's okay! You don't have to figure that out on your own.

Tell me a little about what you're working on, what you'd like help with, and what you're hoping to get out of working together.

I'll help you figure out which option makes the most sense for what you need, or whether we should put together something a little more specific to your project.

Let’s talk about collaborations

I love a good collaboration. Truly. So much of what I know how to do today came from saying yes to people, sharing ideas, figuring things out as we went, and making some pretty freaking cool things happen together.

Collaborations have helped me grow as an artist, a creative, and a community builder. They've introduced me to incredible people, pushed me to try things I probably wouldn't have attempted on my own, and shaped so much of the work I do today.

But they've also taught me a lot about the value of my own time, experience, and creative labor.

I've learned that a good collaboration isn't just about being excited by the same idea. It's about both people bringing something meaningful to the table and sharing in the work, responsibility, and outcome of what they're building.

Right now, I'm focusing my energy on my own projects and the work I'm doing with clients, so I'm not taking on new unpaid collaborations.

That doesn't mean I've stopped wanting to make cool things with other humans. Quite the opposite! If you have an idea you'd love my help developing, planning, or bringing to life, that's exactly what these services are here for.

I still believe in the magic of making things together. I've just learned that the work behind that magic deserves to be valued, too.
