The

Table

Pull up a chair. Every third Tuesday, womxn gather to eat, talk, and share what they truly know—no pitches, no pressure, just real connection.

Every meal is a spark, every conversation a chance to create, collaborate, and be witnessed.

Come Hungry. Leave Connected.

OUR MISSION

The Table’s mission is to create a gathering place for womxn—a space to create, connect, collaborate, and be witnessed in the process. We build together not from scratch, but from what already exists—honoring, supporting, and expanding the creative ecosystem around us.

What Happens at The Table:

Every third Tuesday, a small group gathers around a table inside a locally owned restaurant in Ogden. We eat together. We talk—really talk. Someone shares something they genuinely know. And then we linger, the way you do when you don’t want the night to end.

No elevator pitches. No business cards. No pressure to be anything other than exactly where you are right now.

Why Locally Owned Restaurants?

Because showing up is only half the work. Every restaurant we gather in is owned by someone who has poured everything into building a space for the community. By eating there, lingering there, and bringing our people there, we’re putting more than dinner on the table—we’re putting money and energy back into the hands of those who show up for Ogden every single day.

The Table moves between locally owned restaurants along Historic 25th Street and around Ogden. Every venue is intentional. Every meal is an act of community.

What a Night Looks Like

• Arrive, get settled, and let yourself land.

• Dinner arrives. Introductions around the table—your name, what you’re building, and one thing you hope to walk away with tonight.

• Someone shares something real—not a pitch, not a performance, something practical and worth passing on.

• Conversation flows. By the time 8 o’clock comes, nobody really wants to leave.

That’s the goal. That’s always the goal.

Who’s

Behind This

Audrey @heybefab

Audrey is an artist, poet, writer, and licensed life coach. She’s the founder of Hey Be Fab, The yART Sale, and Ogden Arts After Dark—spaces built to bring artists, makers, and community together in ways that feel real, honest, and alive.

For years, she’s been creating room for people to show up as themselves—through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and guiding creatives to build lives and businesses that actually feel like theirs. She’s taught at the University of Utah, Weber State, and across Utah, but the heart of her work has never lived in institutions—it’s always lived in the room, in the connections, in the quiet moments where someone finally feels seen.

She was recognized by the Ogden Mayor during Women’s History Month in 2022, but recognition was never the point. Her work has always been about creating space—space to experiment, to grow, to fail, to flourish.

The Table is an extension of that—a space she’s been building toward long before it had a name, where womxn can gather, create, connect, and be witnessed in the process, rooted in community and possibility.

Lisa @lavendermenaceink

Lisa is a small business owner and experimental artist with a background spanning a bakery, a record store, a queer local art zine, and a sustainable design studio. She recently earned her degree in business management—but some of her greatest business epiphanies have come from coffee with a mentor, a text that starts with “I wish we had…,” or a conversation in the car with a friend. She co-founded The Table because she believes womxn deserve spaces where they feel genuinely inspired, supported, and educated to meet their goals. In an increasingly virtual world, she is craving in-person connection—for herself and for others.

Why We Started: We drove to Salt Lake for a women’s networking event, sat in a room full of people, and left without a single real connection. We got back in the car and said—Ogden deserves something better than this.

This is that something better.
